  You must schedule an appointment and bring your appointment email with you to the store.
  You must limit who visits our store with you.
  All visitors must wear a face mask while inside our store.
  All visitors must view our health screening questionnaire.

Fitting & Placing an Order

NOTE: There will be NO try-on of clothing while in our stores.
NOTE: There will be NO packing of orders “While You Wait” in our stores.

We strongly encourage you to use our online, phone, or mail order services when possible instead of visiting one of our stores.
Fitting of clothing will be done by our experienced staff using a tape measure. Parents will be able to discuss sizes and fit with our staff to help make the best possible size choice. If necessary, you will be able to exchange for refund or size after your order is delivered (or Picked-up). More information on a Return & Exchange can be found (Click Here).

Additional Requirements for Your Visit to our Stores
  You are limited to (2) Students per (1) Adult per appointment.
  You must bring a completed Shopping List or Order Form. Instructions can be found (Click Here).
  Full Payment is requested, but deposits will also be accepted for Layaway convenience.


Pick-Up an Order

NOTE: There will be NO try-on of clothing while in our stores.
NOTE: There will be NO looking at or exchanging items “While You Wait” in our stores.

We strongly encourage you to request Home Delivery when placing an order.
If something isn’t right with your order you must schedule a Return & Exchange Appointment before re-visiting our store. More information on a Return & Exchange can be found (Click Here).

Additional Requirements for Your Visit to our Stores
  You are limited to (1) Adult per appointment for a pick-up. NO Students!
  You should bring a copy of your “Your Order is Ready” email (or postcard).
         This is not specifically required, but it will help you have a quick visit.


Return & Exchange Items

NOTE: There will be NO try-on of clothing while in our stores.
NOTE: There will be NO packing of orders “While You Wait” in our stores.

We strongly encourage you to return items through the mail.
If you visit our store for Return & Exchange, we want you to be prepared before your visit. All transactions are different so please use the appropriate “Additional Required Items” that are suitable for your situation. More information on a Return & Exchange can be found (Click Here).

  Only bring items to be returned to our store, DO NOT bring un-necessary items.
  You must bring a copy of your receipt.
          If you have lost your receipt, tell the check-in clerk upon your arrival.
  Mark your receipt, or make a list of the items you are returning.
