Uniform Programs
Establishing a new Uniform Program doesn’t have to be a complicated process. The Donnelly’s Sales Team takes a 3 step approach. We look to build a strong partnership in which we count years of service in decades.
Similar to a sports team or a hotel chain, a Uniform Program will help your school establish and maintain its unique branding. Like a team or hotel uniform, school uniforms are not like the everyday clothing found in department stores
• First – Choose Your Supplier

The benefit of Bulk Service from Donnelly’s is that you get “print company” prices without the high minimum requirements. We have quicker delivery, more options and better quality.
Items are ordered from Donnelly’s in volume by a school appointed program administer. The program administer is responsible for collecting payments and distributing the products.
• Mixed Service
The benefit of Mixed Service is the ability to control costs while maintaining attentive customer service.
A strategic combination of Full Service and Bulk Service where Donnelly’s does most of the heavy lifting or just as much as you require.

There isn’t any more convenient service than to bring our store to you. Basically any business you may require of us can be done at an in-school event.
An In-School Event is a scheduled visit to your school by Donnelly’s representatives to conduct business with your parents on your campus. We bring the store to you.

Donnelly’s has 3 store locations. For our New England schools our stores serve as a transaction location. If your school is not located near one of our stores, an In-School Event is a very convenient way to do business with Donnelly’s because we bring the store to you.

• Bulk Ordering
With low minimum order requirements, Bulk Ordering can be a significant money saver for parents or fundraiser for schools.
Whenever a school or group purchases product (or Gift Cards) in volume it is considered a Bulk Order. Bulk Orders receive discounts which vary from 5% to 40% off regular retail prices.

With the price of fuel being so high, Donnelly’s offers cost saving – convenient ways for parents to conduct business.
Whenever a parent needs uniforms, they don’t need to wait for a scheduled event or have to pay for shipping. We can get their order to school with free delivery. Packages are wrapped and paid for, ready for a student to take home with them. School Drop is also a convenient method to deliver Bulk Orders and Athletic Department Items.

Screen printing isn’t just limited to only shirts, here’s what can be printed – tote bags, jackets, mouse pads, flags, bandanas and much more.
No longer are you limited to plain old cotton shirts for screen printing. There are tons of great synthetic fabrics out there that work great with screen printing, including polyester, silk, viscose, and more.
• Digital Print
Digital Printing utilizes the latest technology to provide a solution to printing smaller orders with an almost unlimited number of colors in the design. For many customers, this is a great way to get full color prints on just a few garments. Screen printing an order that size with a large number of colors had previously been cost-prohibitive before the advent of Digital Printing. Also known as Direct-To Garment, the process works much like a traditional inkjet computer printer, but for clothing.
What’s the difference between Screen Printing and Digital Printing?
Screen Printing involves creating a stencil, known as a screen, and then using that screen to apply ink onto the printing surface. Each individual color is applied using a different screen, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look. The more colors a design has, the more screens that are needed, and the more setup time required.
The ink in screen printing is applied thicker than digital printing which results in brighter colors, even on dark shirts. Screen printing is the best option for designs that require a high level of vibrancy, specialty products, or for quantities greater than 12 pieces.
Digital Printing is a much newer process that involves your artwork being processed by a computer and then printed directly onto the surface of your product. Digital printing is not a transfer – the ink is directly adhered to the fabric of your garment.
Digital printing is best used for items that require large amounts of detail and/or print colors, customers that require water based ink, and for orders of a smaller quantity. The fact that the digital printer does not use screens allows for a print with much more detail than traditional screen printing. As the ink is applied thinner, digital printing is best used on lighter colored garments to allow the design to shine through.

We are happy to report that inventory and staffing issues have subsided and we have returned to more normal operations.
If you have a Home Delivery, your order will be shipped when it is ready. If there are backorders, we will ship them when they become available.
If you have a Store Pick-up, you will be notified when we are ready for you to schedule a visit. We send status emails when items become available. (Check your spam).
Walk-in’s are permitted, but you will be serviced only when there is an open appointment or “no show”. So please make an appointment ahead of time. If you can not schedule an appointment that suits you, consider changing your order to a Home Delivery (you can request this by phone or in an email).
