- Looking for High School / College students, or Teachers who want a summer job.
- End of summer bonus for qualifying employees.
- Part time work may be available after Labor Day.

Summary of Position:
Donnelly’s Clothing, a leader in Team, School & Career uniforms and custom branded apparel is seeking new talent to add to our sales team. The objective of an account representative is to maintain and grow existing accounts while also identifying and establishing new ones. This is accomplished by knowing your product line, understanding your clients needs and building a relationship based upon trust and hard work.
Our typical account is an organization which uses custom clothing, printed apparel, and other related accessories as part of their business model to brand and promote their identity. These include public & private schools, athletic clubs, teams & recreation departments, as well as small businesses, corporations & public safety groups. Your clients are the leaders of these organizations and your customers are the members of their group.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience in an environment where customer interaction and attentive service was an integral part of making a sale. You are a reliable professional who is focused on results, but also understands the importance of customer education and attention to detail within the selling process. Having prior B2B sales experience will help with assimilation into your new role at Donnelly’s.
Summary of Responsibilities:
•Present, promote and sell products & services to existing and prospective accounts
•Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing or potential accounts to meet their needs
•Establish, develop and maintain positive account and customer relationships
•Reach potential accounts through cold calling
•Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize account satisfaction
•Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
•Service your accounts along with sales team members and other company departments
•Analyze market potential, track sales and create status reports
•Supply management with reports on account needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
•Keep current on best practices and promotional trends
•Continuously improve your talent through feedback and self awareness
Summary of Requirements:
•Proven working experience as a sales representative
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office as well as other common business IT applications
•Ability to build professional and productive business relationships
•Highly motivated and a determined team player
•Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
•Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
•Ability to multitask without losing focus or professionalism
•Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

•BS/BA degree or equivalent, but will consider experience in the field in lieu of a degree
