Your school has chosen a unique service plan for you to purchase your school uniforms. As such, your prices have been significantly reduced. It is very important that you understand that along with this change, many services that you have been accustomed to are no longer available.

ORDERING
1) All Orders are Placed Online w/ Credit Card.
2) Size Samples are Available at School.
3) Orders are Processed &
Delivered every 2 to 4 weeks!

CUSTOMER SERVICE
1) Limited Customer Service.
Donnelly personnel are not available to assist with purchases except through ecustomerservice using online email.
2) No In-Store Service.
Uniforms are not available at our store.
3) No Phone Service.
Operators are not able to take orders or to answer questions about your uniforms.

DELIVERY
1) Delivery to Home ($15 fee).
Choose "Home Delivery" during check-out.
2) Delivery to School (Free).
Choose "School Drop" during check-out and ignore the other instruction.
3) No Store Pick-up!
If you choose a store pick-up during check-out, it will be changed to "Home".
